The Lessor or Property Manager may make enquiries of the persons given as referees, next of kin, or emergency contacts provided by you, and may also make enquiries of such other persons or agencies as the Lessor or Property Manager considers appropriate.
The personal information you provide in this application, or that is collected from other sources, is necessary for the Lessor or Property Manager to:
- Verify your identity
- Process and evaluate your application
- Manage your tenancy
- Conduct the Property Manager’s business operations

Personal information collected about you in your application and during the course of your tenancy may be disclosed, as reasonably necessary, to third parties for the purposes for which it was collected. This may include disclosure to:
- The Lessor
- Referees and emergency contacts
- Other Property Managers
- Prospective lessors or landlords
- Third-party operators of residential tenancy databases
- Tradespeople, service providers, and contractors
- Prospective buyers of the premises
It is the Property Manager’s usual practice to use one or more residential tenancy databases to check an applicant’s tenancy history. The name(s) of the residential tenancy database(s) we usually use, or may use, to determine whether to enter into a residential tenancy agreement include:
TICA, NTD (National Tenancy Database), Tenancy Information Centre of Australia, TRA (Tenancy Reference Australia)]
Information already held on residential tenancy databases may also be disclosed to the Property Manager or Lessor.
We do not sell your personal information.

- Safely dispose of personal information when it is no longer required
