COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the $500 Coles/Myer Giveaway (“Competition”) conducted by Chalk Property (“Organizer”).
1.2 By entering this Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility
2.1 Entry is open to Australian residents aged over 18 years of age.
2.2 Employees of the Organiser and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
2.3 Entries must comply with the entry instructions specified by the Organiser.

3. Competition Period
3.1 The Competition opens on 14th April 2025 and closes on 9th May 2025. (“Competition Period”).

4. How to Enter
4.1 Entrants must submit an entry form.
4.2 Entries must be received by the Organiser before the Competition closing date.
4.3 Incomplete or late entries will not be accepted.

5. Prizes
5.1 The winner will receive a Coles/Myer Gift card to the value of $500.
5.2 Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5.3 If a prize becomes unavailable, the Organiser reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
6.1 Winners will be selected randomly .
6.2 The winner will be notified via email within 3 days of the competition closing.6.3 If the winner does not claim the prize within [number] days, the Organiser reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Data Collection and Privacy
7.1 By entering the Competition, entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by the Organiser for the purpose of conducting the Competition.
7.2 The Organiser may use entrants’ personal information to contact them regarding the Competition and for future marketing purposes, subject to compliance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Organiser’s Privacy Policy.
7.3 Entrants have the right to access and request correction of their personal information by contacting Chalk Property.
7.4 Personal information will not be shared with third parties without the entrant’s consent unless required by law.

8. General Conditions
8.1 The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Competition if unforeseen circumstances arise.
8.2 The Organiser is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, lost, delayed, or misdirected entries.
8.3 Any attempt to tamper with the Competition or its operation will result in disqualification.
8.4 The decision of the Organiser is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. Liability
9.1 The Organiser is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of participating in the Competition or accepting a prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing Law
10.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
